When checking in, please come in the front entrance.

The Copeland staff will be on-hand at check-in and check-out times, and available as needed during your stay. Staff will communicate how they can be contacted during your stay, and who to contact in case of emergency during quiet hours.

Once checked in, if returning with gear that needs to be securely stored and/or dried (e.g. skis, bikes, damp outerwear etc), please bring it to the drying room accessed by the back door.

Parking for guests is available either at the back entrance, accessed via alleyway from 3rd Street, or the street front on MacKenzie Avenue.

Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

The Copeland does not have amenities specific to infants. If you are bringing infants or children, please come prepared with your own accessories (e.g. crib, highchair, etc). 

Following check out, the credit card on file for guests will be charged for any incidentals during stay, and/or if any theft or damage is discovered in room(s). In such cases an additional statement outlining charges will be provided to client in a timely manner.

* Fees for additional cleaning will be charged to clients who smoke inside or bring their pet(s).
