Terms & Conditions

Booking

Occupancy is maximum 2 guests per room, 8 guests if booking the entire property.

If bringing extra guests, this must be communicated at time of booking. An additional $40 per person/night will be charged.

All payments made to The Copeland must be received in Canadian funds.

Please refer to The Copeland cancellation policies specific to your booking prior to confirming.

It is the responsibility of guests to arrive for their pre-booked reservation. Please keep in mind the mountain passes on either side of Revelstoke are occasionally subject to weather delays during the winter months. Guests should refer to all available resources (e.g. Drive BC) in order to ensure timely arrival.

The Copeland reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time. Full refunds will be given in this case.

All clients are encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation &/or Interruption Insurance to protect them in the event they must cancel their reservation outside of the allowable parameters outlined in The Copeland policies.

 

Cancellation

For Fixed Rate bookings, full payment is required to confirm the booking. Fixed Rate bookings are non-refundable*

For Flexible Rate bookings, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The initial deposit is non-refundable
Balance of the booking payment will be due 7 days prior to your arrival date. Once the balance has been payed, this will be non-refundable. However, Flexible Rate bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, with no additional penalty. If the cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival, no refund can be provided*


* IF cancellation is due to Government-mandated travel restriction, a 25% cancellation fee will be kept by The Copeland and the remaining balance will be stored on file as a credit for future bookings.
